Canterbury ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ is a community of students, faculty, and other friends of ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ University that seeks to reflect the love of God for all and to live our lives marked by the good news of Jesus Christ. As the Episcopal campus ministry at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½, we strive to pray without ceasing, to think through our faith, to live justly, to love mercy, and to create rich and meaningful friendships along the way.

 

Jewish

ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Hillel is the foundation for Jewish life on campus. Our mission is to inspire every Jewish student to make an enduring commitment to Jewish life. We do this by supporting students in creating meaningful Jewish experiences for themselves.

Lutheran

Lutheran Campus Ministry at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½

Lutheran Campus Ministry is a Christian ministry out of the Lutheran tradition that is offered to the people of ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). We gather regularly to worship God, to witness to and to nurture our faith, and to have fun together and develop supportive relationships, and to help one another to integrate faith and our academic life and work, to explore our calling from God, and to serve God's people, on our campus and in its Evanston/Chicago context.

University Christian Ministry

The University Christian Ministry Center (UCM) on the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ University Campus is an ecumenical ministry associated with the United Methodist Church and the Presbyterian Church (USA). UCM encourages thoughtful dialogue and engagement with the Bible and the Christian tradition. We support lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people in their struggles and offer a safe space to reconcile their faith and identity.

The Sheil Catholic Center at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ University is the Roman Catholic Campus Ministry, a Newman Center, on both the Evanston and Chicago campuses. The Sheil Catholic Center at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ University accompanies students and associates (partners in mission) in becoming witnesses to Love through vibrant worship, transformative learning, and prophetic justice. Here you will find a chapel for worship and a welcoming community to walk with you as you pray, learn, serve others, and grow into the person God has called you to be.
