Zack Mroz may be one of ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½'s newest resident directors, but he's certainly no stranger to campus.
Mroz oversees a team of Resident Assistants (RAs), student leaders who live on campus, and together they work on building a supportive home away from home for thousands of undergraduates. When he’s not working one-on-one with a student, you'll often find Mroz out checking on the buildings he supervises in the South Area—one of ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½'s four undergraduate Residential Areas—or partnering with staff across the University to better the residential experience.
We caught up with Mroz to find out what a normal day looks like and what makes living and working within the heart of a ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ residential community unique.
